What payment methods do you accept?

Currently, the shop runs through Stripe payment, which accepts credit cards, debit cards, mobile wallets and other payment methods.

Where do you ship?

Digital products will not including shipping as you do not receive a physical product.

For physical products, I currently only ship to the following locations:

United Kingdom: FREE 2nd Class postage is included.

Please note I cannot guarantee delivery speeds and timing.

When do you ship?

Please allow at least 3 business days to process your order for delivery. It needs to be packed with love and consideration!

Returns & Other Stuff

What’s your return policy?

I currently do not accept returns on my products. However, if for whatever reason your purchase arrives damaged or never arrives, please get in touch at [email protected] and I will do my best to help (although I cannot guarantee a refund or definite solution).

Are your products available to buy anywhere else?

No! This is the only website you can purchase my products officially. If you ever see a reproduction of my artwork elsewhere, please inform me via [email protected]

Donations

Where do your profits go?

Unless stated otherwise on an individual product, all profits generated from shop sales go back to me to sustain my work and compensate me for my time in creating what you now (or are soon to) own! This will also go towards running costs and creating new products in the future.

I strive to donate a % of sales to a charity or organisation (that supports marginalised communities) of my choosing, when possible.

How much have you raised?

So far, donations from my art shop have been donated to Black Girls Hike, a UK-based environmental organisation and Unite for Climate Action. The sales of my prints have raised over £124.68.
